My name is Petra De Ryck, from my practice
BodySwitch Amsterdam-South
I help my clients to get rid of their health problems in a natural way.

Frankly, I have not always been interested in healthy eating, but about 10 years ago I made a drastic turnaround.

My personal experiences are the reason I can help you well.

Below I am happy to tell you more about this! And about myself.

From hormonal imbalance and an unhealthy lifestyle, to a passion for optimal health.

As I mentioned, I have by no means always been passionate about the importance of a healthy lifestyle. Unfortunately, I suffered greatly from hormonal imbalance, which brought about various symptoms such as migraines.

At one point the symptoms were so bad that I wanted to get rid of them. This was the beginning of my search and I applied to different studies. I started looking into how to improve my own health….

What my study showed was that hormonal imbalances and non-optimal liver function were to blame. Having experienced firsthand what nutrition and lifestyle can do for health, my conviction to help you is strong.

Everything I learn, I like to pass on. So that you too can live the life you want. With the energy, mood and body you deserve. And above all; without health issues!
