Dear Customer,
On Monday, May 11, 2020, the practices of liberal integrated and complementary care professionals reopen.
A protocol for virtually the entire sector has been drawn up for this purpose by four organizations, FLICZ (Federation of Lifestyle, Integral and Complementary Care), RBCZ (Register of Complementary Care Professionals), KAB (Koepel Alternatieve Behandelwijzen) and NIBIG (Nederlands Instituut voor Belangenbeartiging Integrale Gezondheidszorg)
The protocol, Infection Prevention Guide Covid-19, gives clear and concrete instructions to practice owners on how to restart care in a safe manner for clients and the professionals themselves. The general requirements and conditions as established by the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport and RIVM were followed. The authors of the protocol believe that this will allow their constituencies, tailored to their situations, to make adjustments in the organization of the practice. This concerns how the various rooms should be arranged and kept clean. But communication to clients seeking care and the conditions clients must meet are also clearly and unambiguously included. Finally, of course, hygiene measures have been formulated for the protection of clients and professionals.
