Step 1 – Make an appointment for advice!
The very first step, of course, is to make an appointment at BodySwitch. For this, you can choose from the options above. After you make an appointment, one of our specialists will contact you. They will guide and inform you further.
Step 2: Comprehensive Analysis
We start treatment with a comprehensive analysis. We will look for the cause of your symptoms and to find out where your symptoms are coming from it is necessary for us to know a lot about you. We collect information by:
– A comprehensive online questionnaire including keeping a food diary
– A comprehensive intake interview (1.5 hours or sometimes longer)
– And any additional laboratory tests (e.g., blood and stool samples)
By analyzing all available information, we gain insight into the factors that may play a role in causing the symptoms.
Step 3: Personal treatment plan
Based on the results of the analysis phase, we create a personal treatment plan for you. It is based on our four pillars: nutrition, supplementation, exercise and mindset. The treatment plan focuses on addressing the factors causing the symptoms, such as stress, nutrition, parasites, fungi, and toxins.
